FONTS – We engrave some products with a mix of fonts, using upper and lower case letters.

FONT SIZE - The more text you give us to engrave in a given space, the smaller we need to size the font. Shorter messages are therefore a bit easier to read.

DATES – We engrave dates with numerals only, in this format: MM.DD.YYYY

NAMES – We capitalize names.

COUPLE'S INITIALS – We engrave a couple's initials in whatever order you specify.

MONOGRAMS – Script monograms are first-LAST-middle. Non-script monograms are first-middle-LAST.

LATITUDE & LONGITUDE – See our FAQ page if you need help looking these up. If you're unsure of formatting, it can be safer to provide us with an exact street address and let us look up the coordinates.

PROOFS - Some customers still want to see the design on their products before we engrave. We don't offer that on all products, but when you do find it on a product, it is optional, for a $10 proof fee. Your proof includes one revision.
